Process Principles

A successful web design process requires a framework that protects quality and reduces risk. Each phase of our project workflow is built to keep scope clear, communication simple, and delivery predictable, while leaving room for smart iteration when needed.

Our Six-Step Workflow.

We follow a structured workflow designed to reduce risk and keep delivery predictable. From discovery and strategy to UI/UX, development, QA, and launch, each phase is built to protect quality and speed.

1

Discovery and Alignment

We start by understanding your business, audience, competitors, and goals. This phase sets direction and prevents costly rework later.
Typical outputs: Goals, scope, priorities, success metrics

2

Strategy and Structure

We map the content, user journeys, and site/product structure. For ecommerce and platforms, we also define key workflows such as catalog, checkout, accounts, and integrations.
Typical outputs: Sitemap, feature list, user flows, wireframes (when needed)

3

UI/UX Design

We design clean, modern interfaces that feel premium and guide users toward action. A critical part of our web design process involves creating a lightweight design system (components, spacing, typography) for consistency and speed.

4

Development and Integrations

We build with performance and scalability in mind. Our ecommerce development process includes platform setup, custom functionality, and integrations (payments, shipping, CRM, analytics, automations).

5

QA, Launch, and Optimization

Before launch, we test across devices and browsers, review performance, and validate key workflows. After launch, we monitor and optimize based on real user behavior.
Typical outputs: QA checklist, launch plan, performance checks, post-launch fixes

6

Growth and Continuous Improvement

For long-term partners, we support SEO, CRO, content, and paid campaigns. We iterate based on analytics and feedback to improve conversion and efficiency over time.
Typical outputs: Monthly improvements, marketing support, reporting and optimization

Remote-first collaboration

How We Collaborate

We championed remote-first collaboration long before it was a trend. We work seamlessly with clients worldwide using clear milestones, shared documentation, and structured feedback cycles via Slack and Zoom. You’ll always know what’s in progress, what’s next, and what we need from you to keep the project workflow moving smoothly.

Best practice for speed: One point of contact for approvals and consolidated feedback.

FAQs About Our Work Process

Quick answers about how we work, what we deliver, and what to expect. For more, visit our FAQs page.

How long does your typical web design process take?

Our standard web design process takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the build. Ecommerce projects and custom web applications may take 8 to 12+ weeks. We outline a strict timeline during the Discovery phase of our project workflow.

How does remote-first collaboration actually work?

Remote-first collaboration means we act as a seamless extension of your team, regardless of geography. We overlap with US, UK, and AU business hours, using tools like Slack for daily communication, Zoom for milestone reviews, and shared boards to track the project workflow in real-time.

What is included in your ecommerce development process?

Our ecommerce development process covers everything from UX strategy and custom theme design to payment gateway integration, shipping rule setup, and ERP/CRM connections. We also include rigorous QA testing and post-launch support to ensure your store is ready to scale.

Do I get a dedicated project manager?

Yes. To keep our work process efficient, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager. They will be your single point of contact, ensuring transparent communication and keeping the project workflow on schedule.

Limited Availability (Here's Why)

We don't build 50 sites at once. We take 6 new projects per month maximum, because quality conversion optimization can't be rushed or outsourced.
